READYCON UNITED KINGDOM 2023

Dear teachers,

 

On behalf of our organisation and our valued team of expert speakers, we warmly invite you and your students to a nationwide online broadcast, READYCON United Kingdom 2023. This event aims to delve into the latest trends and innovations within selected industries that are shaping the future of the job market. 

 

  • The broadcast is happening on 23 November 2023, 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. (recordings will be available for playback from 24 November to 8 December).

  • The content is live-streamed online and projected directly in classrooms via data projectors.

  • The content of the broadcast is primarily tailored for students who are approaching the end of their studies.

  • Thanks to this online format, participation is free of charge for students and teachers

 

By utilising the online format, we managed to attract experts from across the country as well as from abroad. Together, we have prepared lectures that go beyond traditional online presentations, incorporating various shots and illustrations, resulting in an engaging and captivating viewing experience.

EVENT OBJECTIVE

READYCON provides secondary school students with an overview of current trends in selected industries. Consequently, they can make more informed decisions when choosing their future career path. Our vision is to annually support tens of thousands of students in preparing for their future within the world of work and support their smooth transition from the school desk to a meaningful career.

WHY JOIN?

  • Your students will receive valuable insights into the future of various industries that can help them make more informed career choices in the future.

 

  • The content of the broadcast can also be useful for the teachers as well as the students, since they can watch the event as supervisors.

 

  • Students will receive a complimentary worksheet, along with an educational e-book about trends in their industry field and other useful career development topics, together with tips for extracurricular activities.

 

  • The content of the broadcast is pre-recorded and edited in post-production. It features numerous shots and illustrations, resulting in an appealing and compelling viewing experience.

 

  • If you are interested, we can facilitate connections between you and a variety of experts from our community. With this network, you can develop new relationships and foster collaborative partnerships.

 

  • Teachers and students will gain access to the archive of the broadcast.

 

  • Participating in the event is time-efficient. In case of interest, all we would need from you is to organise the aforementioned projection via a data projector in your classroom/classrooms.

The broadcast consists of eight parallel industry-specific streams. Your school can choose in advance which industry-specific stream or broadcasts you wish to live stream (one broadcast = one classroom needed). The content is focused on following topics:

After filling out the registration form, you will be automatically sent access to each industry-specific stream you have selected, together with useful organisational information.

USEFUL INFORMATION

 

To start the broadcast at your school, you only need to:

 

1. Complete the registration on the link above.

2. On 23 November 2023, at 8:45 a.m., prepare the projection equipment (data projector, laptop, internet connection and speakers, if available) in the classroom (or classrooms).

3. Then start the broadcast for the students from the link you will receive after completing the registration.
